# 11. 梱包・配送・納期について

## 11-1 | 梱包と配送について

EMARFで加工された部材は、**気泡緩衝材（エアキャップ）と巻き段ボールで2重に梱包**した上でお届けします。 

なお、最大の部材の3辺の合計が260cmを超える大きな部材が含まれる場合、個人宅への配送は送料が割高になるのでご注意ください（20,000円～）。事務所や現場などであれば法人宅扱いとなるので問題ありません。

なお、上記のような大きな部材で個人宅へのお届けの場合でも、配送業者様の最寄りの支店留めでのお届け（引取りに伺って頂く必要があります）の場合は、送料は法人宅の場合と変わりませんので、ご希望の際は備考に追記ください。

## 11-2 | 納期について

加工のスケジュールや加工内容・物量などによって変動しますが、板4-5枚程度であれば、およそ1-2週間で通常は納品可能です。

10枚を超えるような量が多い場合は、2週間以上かかる場合もあるので、あらかじめご相談ください。
